I am K. Parker, Founder and CEO of Serene Matrix Solutions. My journey is rooted in turning personal challenges into purpose-driven impact. As a young mother to my son, I navigated early trauma and faced difficult struggles, but those experiences shaped my commitment to growth, resilience, and empowerment. My lived experiences sparked a deep passion for domestic violence awareness, supportive mentoring, and life assistance, and inspired me to create solutions that help others navigate their own paths forward.

At the same time, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in IT Management at Western Governors University to strengthen both the strategic and technical foundation behind my work. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals and small businesses feel more confident using digital tools by offering local, reliable, and affordable tech support designed for everyday users.

I created Serene Matrix Solutions to provide dependable tech solutions while also building calm, confident, and clear support pathways for those who need them.
